Membership in the DBCA is voluntary, however the money helps us host the events outlined in the calendar,

 create welcome baskets for new residents,

 maintain the landscaping and signs at our neighborhood entrances, and buy candles for everyone for the Christmas Eve luminaries.

 

Civic Association invoices are currently $35 a year. Annual membership invoices are sent out in late spring (May/June).

*Deer Brook residents who are current active members of the Deer Brook Swim & Tennis Club have their annual civic dues automatically taken out of their seasonal pool dues and do not receive a separate DBCA invoice.
